Our sales are final. We only accept returns for refunds or exchanges for items that were damaged in transit to the destination.

Contact us upon refund and or exchange request. Contact us by email at [email protected]. Make sure you notify us of the reason for the exchange and or refund request and we shall fulfill your request. If we cannot exchange the merchandise and or product, we shall refund the purchase price.


If your refund has not been posted yet, please contact your bank or contact PayPal.


Only items that are defective or damaged can be replaced. Make sure to contact us if you need it to be exchanged for the same exact item. Contact us at [email protected]


We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that were confirmed to be delivered to the address of the customer. If need be, we may provide you with date of delivery, shipping carrier information, and tracking information for you the customer to investigate as you wish.


Please contact us before returning an item for a refund or for an exchange. The customer shall pay for the return cost fee and not BantuNation.
